Rat Control in Dartford

Rat Control in Dartford – What We Usually Find

A Victorian terrace, a town centre conversion, a riverside flat and a light industrial unit are four genuinely different rat jobs. The terrace has suspended floors and old drainage; the conversion has service risers and shared voids; the newer flats have better sealing but concentrated waste storage; the units have loading doors and yards.

That is why we ask more questions in Dartford than anywhere else on the phone. It is not stalling - it decides where the survey time goes and whether the flat or house price applies.

The Dartford Properties We Get Called To

In the older terraces it is nearly always the void under a suspended timber floor, reached through a defective air brick or a broken gully, with activity heard rather than seen for weeks beforehand.

Around commercial premises and the yards behind them, waste is the whole story. Bins left unlidded, cardboard stacked against a wall and food waste in an open skip will support a population no amount of baiting inside the building will end.
