The price is £180 for up to an hour on site. In an hour we can usually deal with several small openings - pipe collars, an air brick or two, a gap under a door, a service entry - using materials rodents cannot gnaw through. You are told before we start what can realistically be done in the time and what cannot.

What it does not cover is building work. A collapsed drain, a roof that needs re-bedding, rotten fascia boards, a wall that needs repointing - those are a drainage contractor, a roofer or a builder. We will identify the problem and describe it, but quoting proofing for something that needs a builder would just be taking your money twice.
