Squirrel Control in Welling

Squirrel Control in Welling – What We Usually Find

A Welling terrace shares its roof void along the row, so a squirrel entering at one end can be above a house several doors down. People hear it directly overhead and assume the hole must be above them, and it frequently is not.

The inspection therefore covers the roofline rather than just your own section of it, and where the entry is above a neighbour we will tell you plainly so you can talk to them.

The Welling Properties We Get Called To

Lifted tiles at the ends of a run, gaps where a bay roof meets the main roof, and open eaves where the felt has torn back. Overhanging trees along the back gardens give them the route up.

Sealing comes after the trapping, never before. Closing a shared roof void with an animal inside it gives you noise, then smell, then a much worse job.
