Flea Treatment Prices - £180 First Room and £60 for Additional Rooms
£180 for the first room, £60 for each one after. Here is what counts as a room, what the treatment covers, and the half of the job that is not ours to do.
What Counts as a Room
Any room with carpet, rugs or soft flooring that the animal had access to. Hallways and landings count where they are carpeted and the pet used them, because a hall is a corridor every animal in the house walks down.
A tiled kitchen or bathroom generally does not need charging as a room in its own right. If you are unsure, describe the layout and we will tell you the count before you commit to it.
What the Treatment Covers
A residual applied to floors, edges, under furniture and the pet resting areas — the places larvae actually live, rather than the middle of the floor where they do not. Pet beds and the gaps around the flooring perimeter are part of it.

The Half That Is Not Ours
The animal. Only a small proportion of a flea population is on the pet at any moment; the rest is in the room. Both have to be handled, and the animal side is your vet with a current veterinary product.
We are not being unhelpful about that — a treated house with an untreated animal in it reinfests within weeks, and you would have spent £180 for a delay rather than a result. Get the vet product on around the same time as the property treatment.
What You Do Before and After
Before: vacuum thoroughly and empty the cylinder outside, wash pet bedding hot, clear the floors so the edges can be reached.
After: keep vacuuming. The vibration triggers dormant pupae to hatch into the treated surface, which is exactly what you want. Seeing fleas for a week or two afterwards is the process working, not failing — and it is why the vacuuming matters more than anything else you can do.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the hallway count as a room?
If it is carpeted and the pet used it, yes — and it is worth including.
Do you treat the pet?
No. That is your vet, and it has to happen for the property treatment to hold.
Why am I still seeing fleas afterwards?
Pupae hatching into the treated surface. Expected for a week or two. Keep vacuuming.
