How Much Does Mouse Control Cost in Bexley?
Mouse control is £190 for a flat and £240 for a house - the same two figures as rat control, for a different reason.
The Published Price
Flat £190, house £240. You are asked which it is when you ring, and that settles the figure. Nothing is added for the number of mice, the number of rooms affected or how long it has been going on.
It Is the Number of Voids, Not the Number of Mice
People expect a bigger infestation to cost more. It does not, because the work is the same either way: find the voids the mice are living in, treat them, and identify the openings.
What does change the work is how many voids the building has. A flat has a kitchen run, an airing cupboard, a boxing-in or two and a handful of pipe penetrations. A house adds a loft, an under-floor void, a garage, an understairs cupboard and an outside perimeter. That is the £50.

What a Mouse Treatment Includes
Treatment placed inside the voids and along the runs, which is where mice actually travel - not in the open floor of a room, where they will not go. Monitoring so that activity can be measured rather than guessed at. A follow-up to confirm it has stopped, included in the price.
You are also told which gaps matter. Mice get through an opening about the width of a pencil, so most of what people have already stuffed with wire wool or filler is not doing the job it was meant to.
The Flat Price Assumes the Mice Are Yours
In a block or a converted terrace, cavity walls and shared service voids run past several properties. Treating one flat can move activity along rather than end it, and you are the one who paid for it.
Where the survey points that way you will be told, because it changes what a £190 treatment can reasonably be expected to achieve and it usually means the managing agent needs to be involved. That is a more useful answer than three repeat visits.
Proofing Is Priced Separately
Rodent proofing is £180 for up to an hour. Straight after a mouse treatment is the most useful time to do it, because it is clear at that point where they were getting in. It is kept as its own price so that people whose problem was one gap behind a boiler are not charged for an hour they did not need.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it cost more if I have a lot of mice?
No. The price is set by the property type, not by how many mice there are or how many rooms have seen them.
Is one visit enough for mice?
Usually not - a follow-up to check the bait and confirm activity has stopped is normal, and it is included in the price.
Can you treat just the kitchen?
The treatment is placed wherever the voids and runs are, which often extends past the room where the mice were seen. The price does not change.
